At Di Sucre by V, every order is handcrafted with care and prepared according to our structured fulfillment schedule. Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products, proper handling during shipping and pickup is essential.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped according to the official shipping schedule displayed on our website header.

Placing an order does not guarantee immediate shipment. Orders are prepared and dispatched based on our established production and fulfillment calendar.

If a federal holiday falls within the week, orders will be shipped on the next available business day.

Once your order has been carefully packaged and prepared for shipment, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Method & Rates

Shipping rates displayed at checkout are based on carrier-calculated rates (USPS Priority Mail or equivalent) and may vary depending on weight and destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once a tracking number has been issued.

Customers are responsible for all applicable shipping fees and taxes reflected at checkout.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Di Sucre by V is not responsible for:

• Undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Delivery delays caused by carrier-related issues

• Lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier

• Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

For apartments, gated communities, or restricted-access locations, delivery will be attempted at the designated location. If access is not granted, redelivery may not be possible and additional shipping fees may apply.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or misdirected addresses may be subject to an additional shipping fee if the customer chooses to have the order resent.

Delivery of Cakes & Special Orders

All cake deliveries include an additional delivery fee, which is not included in the product price.

For cakes requiring on-site assembly by our team, an additional service charge applies.

Temperature & Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, Di Sucre by V is not responsible for items affected by temperature changes during transit or delivery.

Weather conditions, shipping delays, or extended transit times may impact product condition.

Pickup Policy

Once an order has been picked up, Di Sucre by V is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.

Customers will receive handling and storage instructions upon pickup. Cakes and decorated desserts are fragile and must be transported carefully to prevent cracks, smudges, or melted frosting.
